Profile and Experience

RadEcol Consulting Ltd is a specialist support organisation working with a broad international portfolio of nuclear sector clients.

RadEcol staff have provided support to UK operators such as URENCO enrichment (UUK) and decommissioning business (CNS), Sellafield Ltd, and Magnox Ltd; Environment Agency, Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) and the Radiological Protection Institute of Ireland (RPII); and other industries and sectors including water utilities, land fill operators, hazardous waste management industry and the healthcare sector.

RadEcol provides biosphere assessment support to RWM in the UK and internationally for Posiva (Finland), SKB (Sweden), NRPA (Norway) and NUMO (Japan) and to a range of other international waste management organisations and regulatory agencies through the international BIOPROTA Forum.

Experience of our team includes support to IAEA working groups and the international BIOPROTA forum, support to the UK environmental regulators (Environment Agency and SEPA), support to operators such as Magnox Ltd and URENCO and within the UK support to two Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) multi-billion pound Parent Body Organisation (PBO) bids.
